Co-creating strategic objectives and Instituting organisational practices that unlock problem-solving and build a sense of shared purpose, particularly at the middle-management and frontline levels.

3. Systems

Leveraging local positive deviances and global evidence to support system-wide transformation for sustained impact at scale.
